Who can tell me which versions are in Mitel SME server version 6 from :
- PHP
- Apache
- MySQL
Can there be another version in the final release ?
Or is it easy to replace those versions ?
Thanks in advance,
Bert

try rpm -q php (or apache or mysql ) and search this forum for the individual packages. It has been discussed before.

Also, try creating a PHP script like this:

phpinfo();   // Display alot about your server. Src: www.php.ca

?>

As per Michiel POST, try searching on here (remember to change 30 days to all if needed)

You can also use your best friend google :-)

I'm sorry Byte, wrong answer.
As I said before, I just asked for :
Who can tell me which versions are in Mitel SME server version 6 from :
- PHP
- Apache
- MySQL
Can there be another version in the final release ?
Or is it easy to replace those versions ?
I'm not asking "where I can find the versions...",
I just ask " what are the versions...".
Thanks in advance,
Bert

OK, to answer your question more clearly: rpm -q can tell you, and so can the Search button @ http://www.e-smith.org/bboard/search.php.

Actually, rpm -q can't tell you if you don't have SME 6 installed. Bert, just today a new download mirror was announced on the devinfo mailing list. It's at http://www.mirror.ac.uk/sites/e-smith.org/. It has a really cool feature that lets you browse the contents of an iso. That should answer your questions. Hope this is not the wrong answer again ;-) Next time you don't like an answer, please try to say so a bit more politely.

Not sure what you're trying to say Robert, but on my 5.6 box I get

[michiel@perkamentus michiel]$ rpm -q mysql
mysql-3.23.49-3

[michiel@perkamentus michiel]$ rpm -q SMEServer
SMEServer-5.6_Update5-02

etc.

Bert wanted to know the versions of packages in an SME release that he doesn't have installed yet. rpm -q won't help him there.

Sorry, wrong attitude.

You wanna be rude & picky then pay someone, I'm sure any number of folks here can send you a quote. If you're asking for folks to do the neighborly thing and look up information for you on their time then consider not being such an ass.

Also try not to waste folks time; as has been pointed out to the information you're asking for has been already been posted before. No, it hasn't been assembled in the format you're demanding, it'll take a minute or two of effort on your part.

So how about showing you're not a jerk and once you've put the information together posting it here so others can take advantage of it, just as others did for what you'll be looking up.

Bert,

I would like to think I am a nice guy.  I have installed SME version 6.0 beta just to help you, as so many people have done for me. (Especally Dan Brown!)

Here is the output from the phpinfo(); function as from my previous posting...

MySQL: Client API version 3.23.56
Apache: Apache Version Apache/1.3.23
PHP: 4.1.2

I have also saved the output page as a PDF file, and I will hang on to it for a few days.  Email me off list if you are interested.
