I am using SME 5.5 and was having problems with the mail server receiving mail for a specific user. I tried everything I could think of , changes password, client info etc. The email server still wouldn't accept mail so I deleted the user thinking I could just enter him again and everything would be just fine. Not so! I now get a message saying the account name cannot be used because a deleted account by that name exists. My question- how do I use the name again?
