I need publicate two domains
*
www.domain1.com
*www.domain2.com
The primare (domain1.com) ServerRoot /home/e-smith/files/primary
and secundary (domain2.com) ServerRoot /home/e-smith/files/secundary
it´s possible?
please i need howto ...

Yes, it's called virtual domains. RT*M for instructions.
