Topic: Mail permission problem

Here's what I have:
This is the users directory:
drwxr-xr-x 2 xxxx xxxx 4096 Feb 14 19:02 home
drwx------ 6 xxxx xxxx 4096 Feb 15 16:39 Mail
drwxr-xr-x 5 xxxx xxxx 4096 Feb 14 20:02 Maildir

This is the users "Maildir" directory:
drwxr-xr-x 2 xxxx xxxx 4096 Aug 13 22:23 cur
drwxr-xr-x 2 xxxx xxxx 4096 Aug 15 20:09 new
drwxr-xr-x 2 xxxx xxxx 4096 Aug 15 20:09 tmp

I had to set them manually when we did migrate mail from our old server. All new incoming messages are set to 600 instead of 766 so we cannot delete them from our my mail client.

How can we make sure all new messages come with the right permission.
