Hi,
I wanted to installed mldonkey on SME v6. Since I'm somewhere else from my box, I normally ssh to it and use the proxy server and other things.
I installed sme-mldonkey-2.54-01.i386.rpm from
http://www.passionelectro.dyndns.org/files/e-smith/mldonkey-sme5.6/sme-5.6/sme-mldonkey-2.54-01.i386.rpmI then forwarded necessary port on my router.
But from now on, I can't connect to my SME from outside the lan. No ssh, and no http also. I absolutly need to get access to this computer...
When I ssh to another computer on the lan, I can then ssh to the SME. I tryed ssh to my university account and then ssh to SME but not possible either.
So the problem is either with the router, either with SME. The router seems ok and has no reason to work with other ports/addresses then the SME's.
After ssh to other lan computer, then ssh to SME, I was able to access the server-manager and went to look for the logs. Enyone can decrypt this "messages" log? thanx
