Topic: Secondary Mail Spooling

I would like to configure my server to provide secondary mail spooling.  My domain has its mail server at another location and I want my e-smith server to provide spooling in the event that the primary server is down temporarily.  Can someone help me configure this?  Thanks in advance for any assistance.
