phpWebSite on SME HowTo

I see in the download tree that Contribs uses phpWebSite for the site. The problem is that the downloads are in tarballs. Does anyone know of any precompiled .rpm's that includes everything needed to create a website with templates? I am not really sure how phpWebSite works, so take it easy on me!

I would like to create a website using php and it's templates in a similar (or as close to it) manner as FrontPage.

There is no RPM, but the installation is quite straitforward. If You want to use the latest version You must upgrage PHP to 4.2.x first. I have been using phpwebsite for a couple of years now and it is realy a fine piece of software.
