If i try to upload or download i seem to be stuck right around 25KB, but if i run and internet bandwidth test it shows my connection at:

Whats going on?
I've tried putting files inside my network, on my server. Tested uploading and downloading from all different servers. I know its been much faster before. Is it the server? Is there a way to test it without unhooking it from the network? I have 6.0 final server/gateway with a bunch of contribs installed, could any of them be limiting bandwidth to the whole network?
