New contrib for ADSL connection (PPPoA)

I've posted about this once or twice already, but now here's the download ...

If you want to connect your SME Server to a PPPoA ADSL service (e.g. BT Broadband, UK), you can do so using a Pulsar PCI card from Traverse Technology.

This contrib contains what you need to install and configure it, including driver modules for 5.6 & 6.0 (6.0 is untested, I'll refresh the contrib as soon as I get my live server updated!).
