I answered this exact question (from you) last week on the Advanced Forum, see:

You need to add a virtual domain named "myproduct.com".

Hi Charlie

Sorry then i don´t understanded you. I thought it is enought to have the Virtual doman "www.myproduct.com" and not both one with "www" and one Without?

if you don't have a mydomain.com domain setup then you would have to send email to name@www.mydomain.com if I understand it correctly.

If your domain names are different I think you could get by with just the mydomain.com instead of the www.mydomain.com because the e-smith does *.mydomain.com and *.www.mydomain.com so www.mydomain.com would work for either of these cases.
