Ok, I followed the webmail howto completely through and did everything it said to do.
Now what? How do I run the thing and how do I access it? Is there any documentation for administration? Please get back to me!!!

    As for how to access it, as has already been posted, go to http:///horde/imp.  As for administration, there's really nothing to administer.  All user/password stuff goes through the e-smith-manager page, and if you followed the directions properly, all the databases should have been created and ready to use.  Fran's made an RPM of phpMyAdmin, which is great for MySQL administration, but you certainly don't need it in order to use IMP.
