Topic: Combining ppp links (Multi-Link, Bonding)

I was wondering if anyone has combined multiple PPP connections to give one bigger pipe.  My ISP supports Multi-Link (Windows terminology) and we would like to implement this with our E-Smith server.  (As we have no options besides dial up where we are)
