I do not see improvement
Replacement was performed
Upgraded disk
Computer's clipboard
1G to 2G memory
Do I need special actions to improve server
Updated hardware
Updated disk size
My test mainly for file sharing

It would help to know how you are testing your server's performance -- then we could perform the same tests on our systems and let you know if the results are the same as ours or different.
For example "when I copy a file of 1,000,000,000 bytes from an ibay mapped to the F: drive to my workstation's C: drive , it takes xx seconds; when I copy it back from C: to F: yy seconds".
(Note: the above is a guess at what you are trying to speed up, since I can't tell precisely from your post).

People want to help you but you are not answering their questions. I think you are saying that you are having an issue with your network connection. How do you know this and how did you measure it?
We can't tell you what commands to use because we don't know what performance issue you are seeing.

I do not know what the problem
I only know, or think there are problem
I exchanged upgrade will enhance the performance
Test results
I've made using phpsysinfo

That number won't tell you anything about overall system performance. Ignore it.

From documentation (http://wiki.contribs.org/SME_Server:Documentation:FAQ)
...The SMP kernel, if not present, can be installed via yum using:
yum install kernel-smp kmod-ppp-smp kmod-slip-smp kmod-appletalk-smp
signal-event post-upgrade
signal-event reboot
-
he should already have the smp kernel..
try the difference between
yum list kernel
and

I strongly advise you not to do this. For reliable and trouble free performance, use only hardware which is supported by the standard SME software set.
CentOS 4.8 includes updated support for the e1000e chipset:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=452287
What hardware do you have which makes you think you should install an "updated" e1000e driver?
-
I see that you did mention what hardware you wished to support. Red Hat have already said that they will not be adding support for that hardware:
https://partner-bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=520986
When SME8 is released you will have support for that NIC.
