I tried for the first time to login to my personal webmail on v10. Other accounts work fine, from the looks of it, and no other users have reported any login issues. However I find that I am unable to login and am dropped back to the login page.
Under /var/log/horde/error.log I see the following:
Dec 2 09:19:55 mail HORDE: [horde] Login success for MYACCOUNT to horde (myserverIP) [pid 3948 on line 163 of "/usr/share/horde/login.php"]
Dec 2 09:19:55 mail HORDE: Guest user is not authorized for Mail (Host: myPCip). [pid 1588 on line 324 of "/usr/share/pear/Horde/Registry.php"]If you'd like me to open a bug report, please let me know what you'd like me to post there.

Just wondering if you had any special/bespoke settings in v9 that have been carried over?

Definitely. Only thing that might differentiate me is that I used to have the vacation contrib enabled for my mailbox. But it was not enabled during to upgrade from 9.2 to 10. Or afterwards for that matter.

From what I can see there and if I understand correctly, instructions are addressing a global loss of access and not a per-user inability to login.

have you really used your account name or a pseudonyme to it ?
account or full email ?
any accent, or non basic characters?

Let me first add that I can not login to webmail even with the admin account...

I can send and receive mail for my own account via Secure SMTP and Secure POP without an issue.

If you mean whether I've tried with username or username@domain, I've tried both.

any template custom?
seems a repetition, but any non standard characters in the password. IMAP, used for login does not handle it, even if working to log to manager. But this was already the case for sme9
please report log of message, dovecot, auth and audit when trying to log in.

I've cleared my firefox cookies and I was able to login just fine. :roll:
Consider "issue" solved.
