IP Fowarding

Can I get a little help with IP fowarding? Or is it IP Masquerading ?
I have an e-smith server set up as server and gateway running 4.1b2.
It of course has a static IP address.216.17.146.XXX
I have a number of other static IP address using the same subnet mask 255.255.255.XXX.
The second nic card on my server is 192.168.1.1 255.255.255.0 Which of course serves my local lan.
Each computer on the local lan has a local ip address assigned to it.
The question...
What do I need to do and where do I need to do it to assign one of my public ip address 216.17.146.XXO with the subnet mask 255.255.255.XXX to one of my internal computers 192.168.1.4, and of course keep the computer within the local lan and protected by the e-smith machine?
Thank you ahead of time

not sure this fits 100% of your need, you can try doing it with ipmasqadm to enable port forwarding.

Close but no cigar.
I need to be able to foward an external IP to and internal IP. This way the world resolves my external address to a server protected by my e-smith server. An example is that I have some web pages that run on linux (my e-smith server and gateway) and I have some that MUST run on NT. I set my e-smith external address as 209.191.87.88 and I forward 209.191.87.88 to my NT server at local address 192.168.1.2.
Any thoughts?
