Topic: Cisco VPN client behind E-smith

Trying to get connection using VPN. Getting no where.
Using Win98 SE Cisco VPN client 3.5 behind E-Smith 5 (3).
I keep on getting messages that a connection could not be established.
But I know that it has worked before using a dialup connection to my ISP. I am now using cable/modem.
I already looked in the archive and modified my 45AllowIPSecMasq file accordingly but no luck.

I am a bit stuck now so if somebody has a few pointers ans/or answers I would be grateful.

Here's a dump of the debug grepped from the VPN client :

OK.

Solved it myself.
Trick was to enable masqing IPSEC. Seems to be disabled ?
