OK I have narrowed down the problem a bit.
Some emails are getting forwarded to their destination via smtpdfwdd but others are not. The only catalyst seems to be the size of the text message. ie 1k - 5k is fine anything greater than that does not get forwarded and the user never receives the email.
Anybody have any ideas. I have combed the archives and tried several things. I have restarted smtpdfwdd. Run the post install script. Etc. etc. still no luck. I am becoming quite desperate.
