Topic: AllowStoreRestart & Proftpd

Hi,

I'm a bit confused with e-smith template system.  I need to allow resumes on my ftp server.  My understanding from reading the Proftpd literature is that I need to include "AllowStoreRestart on" somewhere.

So which file do I change for this and where do I put it?  Thanks.
