Hi,

Just like to know which software is used to accomplish the new servicelink features.

------------------------------------------------------------
Commercial Release
------------------------------------------------------------
The commercial release of version 5.5 includes a number of new features available to ServiceLink subscribers.  Please contact a Mitel Networks authorized reseller or visit http://www.mitel.com/smallbusiness/ for
more information.

NOTE:  Not all of these features are available to all ServiceLink
subscription plans. Please consult with your Mitel Networks authorized reseller to determine which features are available with your subscription.

 - Web Access Control - Allows administrators to control which users
may access the web and which web sites users may view. Sites are
blocked based on categories such as pornography and gambling. The
associated blacklists are automatically updated by the Mitel Networks
Applications Management Center. The local administrator can access
logs of recently visited sites and can easily add sites to a local
blacklist.  The administrator also has the ability to specify which
users may have access to browse the web and to require users to
enter their password before they are granted web access.

 - Secure Instant Messaging - Allows users to use instant messaging in
their own office or across an IPSEC VPN to other offices

 - Outbound Fax Server - Provides outbound fax server capabilities with
the use of a fax modem.

 - Groupware - Provides web-based e-mail, schedule, contacts and to-do
   list.

 - Free/Busy Scheduling - Allows users of Outlook 98 and 2000 to see
whether other Outlook 98/2000 users are available for meetings.

 - System Information - Allows administrators to quickly view information
about the system such as memory, disk and network usage.

 - IP Phone Support - Configures the SME Server to support Mitel Networks
   IP phones.

 - "Hub and spoke" VPNs - Our IPSEC VPN service now has the option of
creating a "hub and spoke" VPN configuration instead of the default
fully-meshed topology. This allows administrators to increase their
VPN security by not allowing the branch networks to access other
   branch networks.

 - Access to quarantined messages - A new web panel in the server manager
allows an administrator to easily access messages quarantined by the
virus protection service in order to view and/or delete messages.

Yes, I would like to know the answer to that, as well.  I am very interested in the groupware features.

Let me guess:  Instant Messaging = Jabber?

The links at http://edocs.mitel.com/default-6000SBAP.htm list some of the addons used... Most of them seem to be topics that have come up here before...
