Topic: Installing CVS

Has anyone managed to setup CVS under SME? I have CVS installed, I've created a cvs group and added the users. I've also initialised the cvs root using cvs -d init. I've also changed the user shells to bash and allowed access via ssh.

But when I try to connect to the CVS server, it tells me that the server actively refused the connection. I don't see any errors in the log.

Any ideas?

Have you seen this howto? http://e-smith.org/docs/howto/cvsinstall-howto.html It may have some extra stuff in it.
