When wel MITEL 5.6 be released, it is available for purchase?

5.6 has been released as a commercial product that you can purchase through your local dealer. As far as the "free" version goes, well Mitel will release that when they see fit though the current beta version of 5.6 which stands at release 7 would appear to be very close to the version sold commercially. It is not recommended that you implement it as a production server though.

When it is released willbe you able to run the restore from lets say 5.1.2 or 5.5?  I am running 5.1.2 and i would like to have the journaled file system... but you have to run it from a clean install to get this is that correct or not and its is possible...

First, you should be able to restore from previous versions.  Second, 5.6 (at least beta 7) will convert the old filesystem to the current, journaled one as part of an upgrade; you don't need to run a clean install.
