Topic: accessing realplayer files on e-smith

Hi All!

I am setting up an intranet website, and it has realone player files in it.

they are nested in an ibay. in html/contents/video
I didn't make the website so I couldn't tell them the structure I wanted to match e-smith. It's to do with smallpox education at the hospital.

The webpages comeup fine, but when I access a video i get access denied.

I even tried setting one of the files to 775 and no luck. If I go through the network url they work and the links, but from the webpage i get access denied for the videos.

any Ideas, and what should the permissions be.
