I have some ibays that are doing something strange. This is on a fresh install of 5.6. The ibays are set for read=group write=group there is only one group defined and all user are a member of it. from my windows boxes when someone creates a new or saves an existing file the permissions change so that only that person can acces the file owner=user group=user I have been using WinSCP to change the permissions on the contents of each ibay manually each day back to owner=root group=office and everything is fine until a file save takes place then a user is yelling "I can't open xxxx file". Is there a "signal event" that will reset the ibays ?
Did me changing permissions manually within an ibay screw something up?
