Topic: Attachment Icon

I have installed sme 5.6 with imp-3.2.1, in webmail whether the mails has an attachment the attachment icon didn't appear in my webmail mailbox. What is the possible cause of this?

Need a little more detail here Mike.  I have 5.5 with a default install of IMP (5.6's could be different), when looking at the INBOX the only indication that an email includes an attachment is the size coloum on the far right, there is no attachment icon in the INBOX view.
However, when you open the mail, the attachment ico appears at the top, below the subject line.  Is this what is not appearing?

Sorry, in my other work I've still used sme 5.1.2, and there's a attachment icon after the subject column if the message has an attachment then blank if it has not. Another thing what's the means of human icon? because sometimes mail arrives with and without human icon in the first column of webmail mailbox.

The "human icon" means the message was addressed (or cc'd) directly to you, rather than coming from a mailing list.

All you need to do is create template-custom for 180MailboxSettings, which can be found at /etc/e-smith/templates/home/httpd/html/horde/imp/config/conf.php.

Amend the $conf['mailbox']['show_attachments'] = false;
to
$conf['mailbox']['show_attachments'] = true;

Make sure update your template to take effect.

Dan, now I understand this icon means, Hi Daley you're right its working now, and there's a lot of function to be enable in conf.php, By the way I was confused why everytime I opened the Webmail services all my previous mails are downloaded again in my MS Outlook, I need to enable my IMAP services coz we need to open our mail remotely even if we're not in our office. I keep playing around some config to edit but no luck, I've been using this feature in sme 5.1.2 and there's no problem. In short everytime we open our webmail in our house, then when we get to office we use MS Outlook and Express and pop our mails it seems is all double even if the mails are already downloaded.

What should be the cause of this, is this a bug of 5.6, is there any update to be download?

I can duplicate this behavior. My mail also downloads again after messages are viewed via webmail only after upgrading to 5.6 (was running 5.5 before). Can't figure out why though. Anybody have any ideas on this one?
