IP interfaces ppp0 and eth1 share address

Hi,

I trying to using IPSec over PPPOE with static IP.
I cann't connect to th remote location becuse of IP interfaces ppp0 and eth1 are share address. the IP is assigned by the system. how can I resolve it.
