I like the interface as well, but who thought out the order of modules? The illogical arrangement of earlier versions have been made even worse in this version. The directory module should be first in the collaboration group not way down at the bottom in the configuration section. That way the form for creating new users will have the company details correct automatically, and administrators new to SME won't be confused.
I know that the directory has a button to change all users to the new settings, but you don't always want to do that, whereas you do always want the majority of users to have most of their location details the same.
