Is the sender using Outlook of some version?

"embedding" of files into an email is effectively still attaching them. Is there any sign of these pdf files in the webmail - even if it's just large amounts of gobbledegook mime-like text? If there is, viewing the source to get the mime and then mimedecoding it manually may give satisfaction. As a one off. If you must remain in this position, you're going to have to :
- get a proper mail client
- request the company to:
- stop embedding and start attaching (and start formatting their emails in plaintext too for good measure - "but I can't see my pink kitten stationery!")
- get a proper mail client

This always puzzles me. Isn't it better to thank afterwards?
