I would like to see Zend Optimizer (current version 2.1.0a) included in the comming version.

It is NOT a difficult work to install it afterwards. Considering that a larger nr of applications require Zend Optimizer, it would make life much easier for many of us.

I use php-accelerator myself. Works very well. In both cases there could be some licensing stuff to handle. Mitel might be required to record all users of the sub-license, which would be a hassle.

What applications require the installation of the Zend Optimizer? I  have never seen it as a requirement for any of the php projects I have used or investigated/found interesting.
