i update my phph from sme.swerts-knudsen.dk, using his script php4.3.8-upgrade.sh.

still nothing works.

If your configuration files are corrupted, and you cannot remember what you did, I suggest you reinstall (not upgrade) the server, after saving any files you want.

I am gettting the same error when trying to connect to my php websites.

This happened after upgrading PHP from this document. http://forums.contribs.org/index.php?topic=19377.0

I downloaded the RPM's
php-4.3.4-1db.i386.rpm
php-imap-4.3.4-1db.i386.rpm
php-ldap-4.3.4-1db.i386.rpm
php-mysql-4.3.4-1db.i386.rpm

Add did a upgrade rpm -Uvh php*

Any ideas?

got it fix simply did a manual change on accounts db. thanks.
