Sorry I have never used SME in server only mode but I would suspect that at the admin console there needs to be an entry made to let the server know the address of the server that is handling DNS on the local network e.g. your gateway PC. I can't verify this as I'm away from base at the moment and working behind a secure system that does not allow me out-going VPN connections.
Have a look at the settings and see if there is any reference to a DNS server as it appears names are not being resolved for the Server only machine.

Yes that's correct, it's in the Configure this server menu selection, after logging in as admin.
You need to point your server only box at a gateway in order to get Internet access.
