I don't understand your question. The updates for 6.0.1 are not relevant to 7.0 - most packages in 7.0 are much newer than anything in 6.0.1.
If you mean 'contribs', then some will work with 7, some will not, and some are irrelevant, because 7.0 already includes the feature that they provide. There is a wiki here with some details about which contribs work and which do not.
