sme error send to outside

sme error send to outside

I have on SME mail server one user connect through dial up, but when he try to send email to outside the bellow error appears
please any one know how to solve this problem

What is happening is that the sme box is not forwarding on mail that it see orginating from another domain. It does this by design, so that no one can span through your smtp relay. if the user has a fixed dns you could add that to the allowed rcpthosts, this is where you define who can connect to your system and send mail. I am not sure if there is a dialup work around.
