I have a dell Gx150 running sme 7. Just wondered what peoples opinions were on this...

The system has 256mb ram,1ghz processor with a 133mhz bus but web serving is still horribly slow.

I have another 256 mb of ram but its pc100 not 133. Ive tried it in the system and it works but my ram would only be going at 100mhz not 133.

is it worth sticking it into the box??

Try it and see.
More (slower) RAM will probably be better than less (faster) RAM.

Your problem sounds like it is something else than RAM, but you don't give enough details to analyse it.
