I don't understand, in the days of high speed internet, why would anybody still use outlook? Outlook was necessary in the days of slow dial-up connection, but now same features are available in web-based applications.
I know it can be very hard to have people change, but I did it here in the office of 25 people.

But eventually people got used to it and now many tell be that they like it much better because they are able to access the system from anywhere they have internet connection.
Besides having private and shared calendars, email, notes and to-do list, they can get their files from their home directory and they have ability to keep their bookmarks there also.
