Topic: How do I set up a remote calendar using Kronolith

I hope someone can help or guide me to the correct source.  My work has recently implemented Horde with Kronolith and I'd like to use the remote calendar functionality.  I used the calendar sharing successfully between users within SME, but I can't seem to configure the remote calendar properly.  Do I use the free/busy url as the location for the remote calendar?  I can get it to appear in the list on the top right hand side of calendar, but it's not showing appointments.  I have set up an address book entry under both with the proper free/busy url and have set permissions to give the user all permissions (ie. put in their email address).
