This is what i get when i go to my webmail


Some of IMP's configuration files are missing or unreadable
conf.php

This is the main IMP configuration file. It contains paths and options for the IMP scripts. You need to login as an administrator and create the file with the web frontend under "Administration => Setup".
mime_drivers.php

This file controls local MIME drivers for IMP, specifically what kinds of files are viewable and/or downloadable.
prefs.php

This file controls the default preferences for IMP, and also controls which preferences users can alter.
servers.php

This file controls the default settings for IMP, and also defines the list of available servers if you are using the server list.
Create these files from their .dist versions in /home/httpd/html/horde/imp/config and change them according to your needs.

I looked at the end of the Thread Like you stated William and could not find what you where referring to I Really need some help on this issue

I need my webmail working and i have tryed everything to get Horde up and Running and all i get is
 fatal error has occurred
Failed to import application configuration for imp

at this Point I will use any type of webMail

You haven't given much detail on how you got from php4 to php5.

I don't use horde/imp on a daily basis.

Try Roundcube from dungog.net

Wiiliam i tried Round Cube like you said it works Great. wish i could get horde to work but this does the Trick for Know.
