Topic: Unplanned shutdown / Server unresponsive

Hi all,
I've just experienced an unresponsive server at a remote location.  The User reported that there were no lights on the machine.  When she pressed the power button the server booted fine.

Can anyone help me to start to diagnose the reason for this please?

This was the last thing I can see before the system was restarted this morning.

Help would be appreciated as I'm not very sure where to go from here.

normally a server won't shutdown on sw error.
