Checked both domains with mxtoolbox, both good, no blacklisting on either.
I suspect it is user error. I sent mail from every account I have to both domains and it came through. Every time I asked for the users to get the error messages from the persons trying to sent the mail, I never did. Checking the qsmtpd log shows no record of any email from the alleged sender.
Instead of going nuts, until I get a bounce/reject message from someone, I will assume user error. Mail does come in from both domains, but sometimes, someone will say so-and-so sent me a message and they never got it. I bet they're mis-spelling the email address...
Computers would work great if it weren't for the users!!!
