Has anyone signed up and tried Skype for Asterisk Beta?

I signed up, but the project does not seem to be moving along. I received two emails from them, but nothing for real.
It would be something nice to have!

I signed up months ago & basically got told I don't fit the criteria to play with there new toy..
(Funny, my wife says the same thing)
