also das mit dem deinstallieren habe ich nicht probiert, möchte ich eigentlich auch nciht, da ich mein System nicht killen will.

Wir haben das Handtuch geworfen
Die zwei neuen Rechner sind nun mal nur in der Workgroup drinnen. Die Umstellung der anderen PCs wurde vorläufig gestoppt.
Momentan will der Kunde auf einen SBS 2008 umsteigen. So nach dem Motto Kosten egal Hauptsache es funktioniert endlich mal.

die nehmen ja die gleichen RPM´s und ich bin guter Dinge das es schnell eine offizielle Lösung gibt.

Eine offizielle Lösung für eine reibungsloses funktionieren mit Vista gibt es eigentlich bis heute noch nicht - Stichwort servergespeicherte Profile.
Und Vista ist nun schon gute zwei Jahre alt.
Ich wünschte dein Optimismus könnte ansteckend sein.
Win7 ist ein hype und die Leute wollens haben.

Ich frage mich gerade ob - nachdem wir das inoffizielle Samba Update draufgetan haben - beim nächsten offziellen Update uns das System kollabiert ....

ach nene,,, die frag is nur ob das "update" auch neuer ist als dieser Test hier...
Ich denk mal unsere Kollegen haben ja diesen Thread als vorbild genommen. Wenn ich mir die RPM´s ansehe und die Reg´s.

Ist auch egal Hauptsache es tut sich was.Wie gesagt sooo Kritisch sind diese rpm´s auch nicht, also bei mir läuft es , bis auf die Gruppenzuordnung dh. ich bin nicht automatisch admin auf den kisten, das kann ich aber von Hand machen.

Also warten oder einfach versuchen

Na ja bei uns funkitoniert es mal gar nicht. Wir können ja der Domäne nicht mal beitreten.

ich hab es jetzt mal mit einem neuen Server versucht und dann einen W7x64 eintreten lassen.
Das hat geklappt.

Ich hasse das es sich wieder wie ein zerbrochen Schalplatte anhören last aber die einzige weg dieses im Update zu bekommen ist dokomentieren im Bugtracker. Bitte trag alle benotigte Information hinein.
