If you have questions about any of their free contribs, post questions in the SME forums or bug tracker (the answer may or may not come from Dungog directly, but who cares)?
If you are interested in testing or purchasing their commercial products, you may need to
purchase first and ask questions afterwards (I don't know). My brother had a commercial subscription from Dungog years go - the software worked, and the company was great to work with.
If you are simply emailing technical questions about a dungog rpm to someone at dungog, then they either don't respond to such queries, or somehow your email is getting dumped in their junk mail folder.
