I am attempting to write a custom application that say the local time and then plays an announcement before forwarding to a call group.

I am having trouble finding documentation that will help me put this app together.

Does anyone have a GOOD location for documentation that is easy to read and understand?

All right. For writing custom app you should be little familiar with asterisk's contexts priorities etc.

If you (sorry for that) are totally green about asterisk dialplan please start with asterisk book. Jeff (sark devs) wrote last time on this forum link to this book. Find it on forum.
