Recommenations for Web File Manager for Clients
« on: February 25, 2013, 11:43:14 AM »
Hi All,

Can anyone recommend any php/mysql web file managers that have client handling ie can setup user/pass/folder for clients to download files etc?

I have installed so far ;

http://code.google.com/p/clients-oriented-ftp/ - which seemd good but is having trouble with upload sessions dying

and

http://ajaxplorer.info/ - which is prolly over complicated for our users although uploads are working fine :)

And others I should be looking at?

Thanks!

Shrug, Webshare does run on the host, maybe I am away with the faires and just misunderstood the question :-)

Webshare not as pretty as some, very basic, need to create users from the server-manager, not what you are after. :-)

Possibly the question is why run on the client ? If it is installed on the server, you only have one app to manage ?
