DNS Resolution

Hi All

I am trying to establish a second SME server as a firewall behind which I have another SME server for web sites and email etc. I also have an NT PDC with DNS on it.

What I want to do is have both the SME servers refer to the NT DNS, or establish a DNS service on one of the SME servers for local DNS resolution.

I had previously configured my gateway system as a standard RH7.x box and setup named.conf with forwarders. I can do this using the custom templates in SME but it seems such a basic function that I figure it should exist as an option within the standard SME config.

The question is 'where do I tell the SME servers to use a local DNS server rather than entering manually the local hostnames entries on each server ?'

Or, do I need to go the custom template road ?
