I want to send and receive emails from my SME server v 5.6, I have set up the accounts and can send email through webmail no problems, but can't receive any, can someone point me in the right direction.

Are you using a pop account at your ISP to collect email for your domain?

Are you hosting your domain locally...?
Make sure you have the name servers properly configured where you registered your domain name....and that the mx records are pointing where you want the e-mail's for that domain to go....
