Topic: VPN THROUGH E-SMITH TO NT BOX ?

Just a simple question for you all,  If we have a e-smith box with 56k perm static IP connection to the net on the same network as a NT box, is it possible to connect through the net to the NT box via VPN.  Or if it sounds too hard how about just two e-smith boxes connecting two networks via VPN and the Net ?

Any ideas would be great.
