Smeserver 7.4 - Webshares contrib sme-server-webshare-1.0.0-9.el4.sme.noarch.rpm

Successfully installed and configured. For a r/w share I've created a symlink to a folder in an iBay so that any uploaded file can be managed by Lan users.
When uploading files as default they belong to www user with rw permission for www user only, and so Lan users are not able to manage it (copy, delete etc...).

Can this be changed ?

no, as any www application will run as www user..

I'd make a cron script to change user/permissions
